Is the sir name Hazlehurst a Jewish name?

I am told that my great grandmother Rachel Jane Chamberlain was Jewish before she married my great grandfather who was Catholic. She was born in Hanley Staffordshire, England in
1850. Supposedly, the Chamberlain's were Protestant. I am assuming then it was her mother's side that was Jewish. However, while reviewing the Hazlehurst records on the British IGI, I noticed there were many with bapitism records separate from the birth records. I can find no record of Jane's birth.

Can anyone shed some light?
