Pelly, SK. who died November 8, 2008 in Kamsack Hospital, were held November 12, 2008 in the Kamsack Doukhobor

Popoff officiating. Burial was in the Riverview Cemetery on November 13, 2008. Born: November 10, 1930 in
Pelly, SK.
Education: "Dr. Fred" graduated from
Pelly High School in 1950 and studied Psychiatric Nursing at the Saskatchewan Training School in
Weyburn. At his graduation in 1953 he received the Elliott Memorial Prize - awarded by Premier Tommy Douglas - for general proficiency in Psychiatric Nursing. In 1957 he graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic
College in Toronto with a doctorate of Chiropractic.
Work History: In June of 1957, he opened the Chiropractic Health Centre in Kamsack in which he practised continuously until his retirement in December 2003. He was joined in the practice by his son, Dr. Wayne Strukoff, in September 1986.
