KAZAKOFF Daniel William (Dan) Born August 14, 1963, passed away April 17, 2006 doing what he loved, cycling. It's been 2 years since you left this place, but we know you are safe now in God's care. Not a minute goes by that we don't think about you. You were an amazing person, a dedicated and loving husband and father. We are all so very blessed to have had you in our lives. You are sadly missed by your family, wife Stefanie, children Peter & Megan, Mom & Dad (Rose & Bill), brother Greg (Jean), sister Kathy (Todd), and many nieces and nephews. Gone but never forgotten.
