I have just started transcribing and was quite happily doing the tutorial and a few test entries last night. I have tried to open the program tonight and got to the "continue in test mode" button and when I pressed that the window disappeared. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and now when I try to "continue" it comes up with "Exception EPrivilege in module incens.exe at 0008614A. Privileged instruction."
Can you tell me if I need to reinstall anything or what I can do?
