Possible maiden name on Prison Records

Classification: Query
Surnames: Whitely, Daley, Dolly
I'm researching my 3x great grandmother Catherine (born 1842 in Galway, Ireland), and have recently found two prison records for her for being 'drunk and disorderly' in HMP Wakefield in 1890. I do not know her maiden surname (her married name was Whitely), but when looking at the prison records, in the 'Trade or Occupation' column there was the surname 'Daley' (for the record in Feb 1890) and the name 'Dolly' (for the record in July 1890). Should I presume that Daley/Dolly is her maiden surname? For the other women who had been sentenced, they all had surnames in their 'Trade or Occupation' column too.

If this is her maiden surname then this will have helped me hugely in discovering her ancestors, but I don't want to presume incase it leads me down the wrong track.

Please see the attached file.
Thank you in advance for any help and/or advice.
