Boyd and Vandiver
I have a simple question- If the surnames of my mother's (Elaine Rae Vandiver born Dec. 2,1943) are different on her birth certificate (Betty Boyd and Virgil Vandiver) does that mean that Betty and Virgil were not married at the time of her birth?
