anyone with info on a 'russian orphanage farm' in Weathersfield, VT (Windsor County)?

It appears my grandfather (John Swistak born 1915) and his siblings (Stephen, Margaret & Mary) were sent there around 1920-1930 from Passaic, NJ for reasons unknown. My grandpa John never talked about 'home' and ran away at a young age so not much is known about his siblings or parents (although I do have their names).
