I am looking for one of my grandmother's sisters who was born in 1934 in Providence, RI. The RI State Census 1935 listed her in the Infirmary and I believe she was "taken away" from her parents, as her father is listed in that same census in the State Prison and the children are scattered all over RI in different homes and orphanages. Does anyone know how I can find out what happened to her? Her (birth) name was Irene May Turgeon b. June 13, 1934.
