Try googling Associated Catholic Charities in Baltimore, MD. I think that the address is on Mt. something street. That is where all the old Catholic Orphanage records are archived.
Ask about St. Vincent's Home for Infants and St. James Orphanage.
Also, google The Orphan's Court of Baltimore.
