I am looking for contact information on who holds the records for this Asylum from 1916-1921 (approximately). My grandmother shows up as being there on a 1920 Census in Louisiana. I need help finding out the maiden name of her mother. Her parents names were listed on a 1910 Census as James H Reynolds (39 yrs) and Mary E. Reynolds, along with George W. Reynolds (10 yrs.) and Sadie V. Reynolds (infant) as being in Lower Brookhaven and Monticello Road in Mississippi. Sadie and George also had two additional siblings after the 1910 Census. Their names were. Frank J Reynolds, born approximately 1912 and Irma Gladys Reynolds, born approximately 1915 in Mississippi.

According to Sadie the family left Mississippi in search of work in New Orleans. Their mother took I'll and passed shortly after arriving and the father "vanished" leaving the children to orphanages. James H. Reynolds was listed on the 1910 Census as being married once before Mary E and he married. I'd like to know her name, too.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. If it helps, I did do a DNA test and it shows I have some connection to a Catherine Lutherine Tullos or descendants. She is not in any of the family tree information I have collected. Possibly a link to Reynolds or my Great Grandmother perhaps?
