I read your comment about the school being for bad girls , my sister went to GS in 1969 , that's about the best guess I have on the date without calling the Diocese.
I just wanted to say that my step sister was not a bad girl , she had a beautiful heart that was stomped on by a predator , she was sent there by the courts after accusing her covert narcissistic father of molesting her , which he was , he forced her to recant , so they punished her instead of him.
I speculate that many of those girls had similar story's as to why they were there , but I really don't know , I hope not.
But the more I study and learn about this narcissistic psychopathology , the more clarity it gives me to recognize it's prevalence around us.
I want to say the memory of the school needs to be changed in the public consciousness from being a school for wayward girls , incorrigible , or bad girls , that only compounds the abuse for those who were abused , abuses those who were not , and insults all their honors.
How are these girls ever going to build a healthy self esteem , starting out in life with a stigma like that?

Many testimonials ring true to how common this type of abuse is , yet people don't even know about it.
