I am hoping someone may be able to help me. I am looking for any information about a lady who gave birth to a son on the 6th September 1928 in Chelsea Hospital London England. His name was John Graham Friend. This boy was adopted and spent some time in Barnardo’s in London England. I am not sure if his Mother’s name was Friend or whether this was his Father’s Surname. It is thought that the father was a soldier. Sorry I haven't much to go on but would appreciate any help at all.
