Hi..Oh right..its just that the middle initial on the 2 census were different...thats why I queried it...so do you know her parents names then and did she have any brothers or sisters...when I looked at the 1871 census the surname that is supposed to be Callanan doesnt look like the name..I tried to enlarge it but it made it blurry...I did realise that your g/g/grandparents had gone off to India as the subsequent children were born in India & Jamaica then England again..so I pressume then that they were posted there with the army...all interesting stuff isnt it...
