The recent news from Ireland about how 'illegitimate' children were treated from birth to death has me reviewing the work I've been doing to highlight my Mum's experiences. In Howard's book she is one of the Child Migrants to end up at St. John's under the reign of terror of Sr Rita.

I've been reading a research article about the cemetery which was for the Priests and Nuns - and the fact that the orphans buried there were in unmarked, unsanctified ground and only recently was the wall removed to include them in the 90's when somebody revealed it.
What is being uncovered in Ireland that children could have been thrown in a sewer pit group grave rings probably true.

Hope not too bleak - the Light is shining on the real bastards!
