Has anyone heard of this organization? I'm looking for information regarding my mother-in-laws time spent with this organization. She was born in 1935 and soon after birth was placed with this group by her Mother or her Mother's family or care takers? I am not sure if it is spelled Handel or Handle .. she pronouces it like the door "handle" .. She doesn't remember much more than the name .. I am not sure where to go to find information on this. I am in the Columbus area.. thanks.. any info you can provide is appreciated!
