If someone was a Ward of the State of Massachusetts in the late 1920's early 1930's, would there be records of where he/she lived and worked during that period of time? If so, does anyone know what Mass agency would hold those records? I am trying to find out what happened to my grandmother once she was given up and became a Ward around 1923.
