My Dad was a Baby Boy born on April 7, 1915 to Rose Jean Heath, formerly of Marlborough, Wiltshire, Engl. and Quebec. birth name, Jeffrey George Heath. Orphaned and adopted by David & Mary(Bain) Doherty of Charlo, N. B.,Canada in 1919 at the age of 4 yrs. According to New documents from Quebec Anglican Archdiocese, he died 2-1/2 months later...we don't know who is really was. The Anglican Church (Called the Church of England then) ran the Male Orphan Asylum later to be renamed the Finlay Home in Quebec City. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
