I have been serfing the internet trying to figure out what my options are for finding records in the Ternopil region of Ukraine. I have looked up the village names through the LDS church and ordered the microfilms for those. I have also noted in the LDS records there is a microfilm of a Greek Catholic 1607-1945 for Lviv, is this something I should order or is it a waste of time? Talking with another researcher in a similar area of Ukraine he mentions 1835 and 1850 census, I have looked for information about this but found nothing. What records did the Austrio-Hungarian Empire produce while Ukraine was galicia?

I guess to sum all of that up, since i have picked what I can out of the fractured village Greek Catholic church records from LDS what other options exist for me to research? I love researching my Ukrainian roots and I would hate to think that I am done.
