I am looking for information on the family name MULYK. My Grandfather was Mitrofan Mulyk born on June 17, 1899 Spitalgasse 50 and baptized on June 18.1899 of Archbishop Vikar DA Mudryk at St George Greek Catholic Church the district city of Lviv, Lviv Dean. No.536/22 birth and baptismal certificate)

His mother was Doroty Mulyk and her parents were Johann and Julie Mulyk. I believe Johann may have been a priest in the church.

Does anyone know how to get a copy of his baptismal certificate or have information on how to further research Johann and Julie Mulyk.
