I am lead to believe that the burials and gravestones that are in Dalton belong to Dalton Church. These encompass the ones surrounding the church and the graveyard on Creswick Road. Could anyone verify this for me?
I have a number of ancestors buried in the graveyard on Creswick Road and as part of my research, would love to find the plots: these include my GGrandparents and brothers to my father, of which I have the dates of death.
If anyone could assist me I would be eternally grateful as these days I reside in Portland, Dorset and though I try to return to Rotherham as often as I can, it is not often enough to go do in depth searches.
