In answer to your query it is most likely your Matthew Goodall was buried at All Saints in Rotherham and when they started to change the town centre (I forget the particular reason at this moment in time!!) but they did move some graves (so I have been made aware) up to Moorgate. The best place to contact would be the Rotherham Cemetery Office. You can contact them online or by telephone. They have been very good in helping me locate some of my ancestors, even to the point of showing you the exact spot where they are buried. You can also look through all the books they have for burials and cremations for the different cemeteries in the borough. I do not know if you live local but if not let me know and I will try and forward there web page to you.


I will have to have another look as for the main reason some of the plots were moved from All Saints, for the life of me I cannot remember!!! Too much Christmas shopping!!!
