I have just discovered that I am descended from one Eliza Burgin born 1836 whose parents were William and Mary Burgin. The family was from Thorpe Hesley/Wentworth and Mary came from Rawmarsh.
Eliza maried and became Eliza Grayson and they named their daughter Clementine Burgan Grayson,

Clementine married James Shaw Bell in 1882 and as such is my great grandmother. They lived in Attercliffe cum Darnell in Sheffield where he was a glass cutter and they had 7 children.
Can anyone tell me any more about the family?
