I recently found a citation for the death of Annie F. (McLernon) Collins in Boston in the Massachusetts Archives Vital Records index for 1903 in Volume 541, Page 383. Unfortunately, I don't have access to NEHGS online scans of these records.

I wondered if someone might review her death record for me. I am interested in her places of birth and death, her age at death, her cause of death, and the names of her parents and spouse.
