James (b 1785 in either NC or Va) wife Elizabeth (b 1785 Va)

I found mention of James Canter marrying Elizabeth Scarbrough from Va
Married: 11 SEP 1817 in Lawrence Co., Ohio

Could this James be the brother you mentioned? Do you have any info on this line?
