I am applying for membership and have an issue with a birth certificate. I am the descendent. My husband's Pennsylvania certified birth certificate does not have his parents name on it. I figure this is a useless document for proof of his birth. Am I correct in this? My question then is how do I prove his birth with parents. I can't get much more than a certified birth certificate issued by the state.
