I really would like to have a definitive answer; but, I'll just go with the documentation I have.
Yes, there was a George Whippo, b1703 living in PA.
Documents show he was born in Falmouth, Cornwall, England and immigrated to PA in 1721, indentured to John Taylor. I believe newly available documents answer the hundred year old question… "could G Whippo (MA) be G Whippo (PA)" and let the other side prove their point of view.
