I found listed in the 1930 Moultrie county, Ill. census a Franklin Jones (Janes),same age, widowed, born in illinois and am hoping this could be my Great grandfather. There is a death record for a Franklin Jones in 1938 for Moultrie County, found in the State of Illinois archives.



My question is, did you have to be a Mason to live in the Masonic home? I don't know anything about the masons and was surprised to see this, as my mother didn't think he would have belonged to a masonic lodge.
