I recently came in to possession of an old ribbon (possibly Masonic) that contains the phrase "Lowville Division S of T No. 267" near the bottom of it.

In the middle of the ribbon, it reads "We Rescue From Ruin" and "We Snatch From The Grave" surrounding a circular print. Can anyone tell me what "S of T" stands for? Thanks.
