It is located at 900 Main St., Stroudsburg, PA, 18360. tel.: 570-421-7703 email: mcha@ptd.net wed site: www.mcha-pa.org There is a $5.00/day reading fee unless one is a member. Membership is $20.00 /year (I think). they have mostly Monroe Co. information, but I've found information on other nearby areas.
