If you would like a record copy of an application of someone who joined the DAR with Ephraim as their ancestor the Record copy will provide more information on service and addition information such as possibly his children, wives dates of birth, marriage and death, and sources of proofs along with information on each generation to the applicant. You can request the record copy for Ephraim and a certain wife and also state that if one is not available you will take the most recent application for Ephraim and any wife.

To order a record copy include the above information for Ephraim and sned it with a check payable to: Treasurer General NSDAR for $10. MAIL all to: Library Copy Services, DAR, 1776 D Street NW, Washington, DC 20006-5303.
One request and check per envelope and allow 4-6 weeks as this DAR Office is very busy.
