Would appreciate a look up of John Van Cleve (Cleave) b ca 1739 - 1745. He died 1812 in Jefferson Co. Indiana. His first wife was Mary Shepherd who d. 1781 KY His. 2nd wife was Rachel ( Demarest )Ryker (widow) living with him in IN.
He served in Capt. Chenoweth's Co., Jefferson Co., KY. Was told he was at Fort Nelson.
