James Rowe would be my 5th grandfather also I have 1753-1830 maried Elizabeth Tracey 1755-1830 I came down from Solomon Rowe. and Elizabet Drake I realy havent found that much On James Rowe. I did come across a marriage Lisence for a Elizabeth Rowe 1797 arried a Samuel Reed I awondering if it was the daughter of James and Sophia Rowe. As I find documents I always post them. The marriage Lisence doesnt have the name of her parents on there but it is about the right time frame. If you have any info Let me know thanks so much . Have a great day
