Sorry that you do not have a State Library near you, but some local libraries have inter-Library loan. You will have to inquire locally. And some libraries have a book listing all of the Rev. War Pension records.

The National Archives has made microfilm copies of many Pension records and they are also available at the Family History Library and its affiliated Family History Centers.
