Jacob BROWN II was born August 3, 1761, near Union, Union Co., SC (then Anson Co., NC). He was married to Elizabeth Bird on February 9, 1786 in Washington Co., TN. Elizabeth (Bird) Brown was born January 28, 1769 and d. June 12, 1846. Both are bur. in the Brown family cemetery, Washingon Co., TN. One of their daughters was Rebecca Brown (1799-1851) who was married to Samuel Templin.

Would you have record of Jacob Brown II being in the Revolutionary War. Some records refer to him as "Captain."
