Hi, I sent to the DAR for a record copy. Recieved it, but it was a supplement. It does not show the 6th & 7th generations, only a number. The number is #713445. How can I obtain that info. Thanks

When ordering copies, please tell the RECORD COPY DEPT, you do not want a short form. Sometimes the supplementals have all generations. You might want to re-order and specify NO SHORT FORMS OR SUPPLEMENTALS. It is my understanding the the RECORD COPY DEPT will copy the latest application sent in.
