your grandmom's full name was Marie Grace Hart(Dyer). Her mother was Ethel M. Hart (Mackie), born in Allegheny City (which later became part of north-side Pittsburgh), Pa.. Birth was in 1885. Her Mother was Elizabeth, her father was Franklin K. Hart born in July of 1858. Possibly in Greene co.Pa, south of Pittsburgh. I'm going to have to dig further to get more details. It turns out you can find some of this material right here on Ancestry.com. Hope this is a start for you...there are census records on ancestry--I only have stacks of family letters, a huge scrapbook of 19th century obits and my Grandmother's(born 1887) genealogies penciled on old dress-maker's paper.
