There is no listing for him in the 1994 Patriot Index, which is available at my library. Just want to make sure there aren't more recent entries. Jacob Smith (1765-1830) of Shrub Oak, Westchester County NY appears in the books "Abstract of Graves of Revolutionary Soliders" and "Revolutionary War Soldiers Buried in Cemeteries in Westchester County, New York". The latter work lists him as a private in the Westchester County Militia, 4th Regiment. Wife's name unknown. Thank you.
