Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, no records were found in the Patriot Index for Ephriam Blackburn. This does not mean he did not serve; it only means no one has joined the DAR using his Revolutionary War service for membership verification. However, there are 27 Blackburns listed in the Patriot Index. If you know where your ancestors lived and birth and death locations, I might be able to help you further. Please remember that the Patriot Index covers only men and women who supported the cause for Independence between 1775 and 1783 and, therefore, had to be living during that period.
