there are stories that my great-grandfather, patrick ready was related to bishop ready. i know that his father was michael t ready and i think the family was from either maryland or connecticut. the name ready may have been anotherf in gaelic . patrick ready wound up in tuscarawas county(mineral point), ohio. according to his naturalization papers, he was about 15 years old and came over around early 1860 from ireland. a family member says that he may have come with a brother and may have come from county cork. the family is no longer catholic, older relatives are no longer living, and because of religious difference, it is hard to get information. i would appreciate information as to whether there is any family relationship and if there is information about the family thank you in advance, annette ready alexander
