I am available to do lookups in a book I own: it's a 1960 directory of members in the American College of Hospital Administrators (ACHA). Each member is given a brief biographical entry in the book. The information in each entry varies, but most contain the following:
1) Name
2) Type of membership (i.e. Fellowship, Membership or Nomineeship)
3) Current professional position
4) Birth date and place
5) Degrees earned, and when and where
6) Marital status
7) Professional history, where and when
8) Other professioanl memberships
9) Home and Office addresses
