I am trying to find the records of a female relative who was sent to a prison or institution for killing her husband in Kentucky in the early 1900's. She supposedly died there and the family did not claim the body. If anyone has suggestions on how to contact an agency, I'd really appreciate the leads. This is in reference to Columbia Harman Howard who killed her husband Jackson Howard in Martin County, Kentucky.
