My family is also from Millville, Malaga area. I have traced back to Philip W. Carter (wife Elizabeth) 1844-1923 who was a glass worker after the civil war. My sister's name is also Nancy who I was told named after someone in the Carter family. There may be a connection between our families. I am still trying to find more info on Philip's family. My home e-mail is moecarter@charter.net or dcarter@championbus.com at work. I have their family bible, but none of the names you have listed.

My day phone is 800-331-5761, ext 286. I have the records from Mt. Pleasant and also contacted the Christy Funeral Home in Millville. Philip's wife was Elizabeth Liber. Her parents were Rebecca Garron and Mark Liber. Rebecca is some way related to the Haines (Josiah & Lydia) also in the plot. Philip's parents were Stacy Carter and Elizabeth Woolport (Wolfort). Philip's children were Josiah, Elizabeth (Hurley), Bertha (Coleman) and Charlotte (Sooy). I am still working on Stacy's parents, but found his marriage recorded in 1838. My sister's name is Nancy also. I think there is a common relative.
