HIGHLAND, CALIF. – Linda Lou Gusbeth Kiecolt, 68, departed this life on April 26, 2014, after a long illness. She peacefully passed in the loving arms of her husband of 23 years, Ken Kiecolt.

Linda was born Sept. 29, 1945, in Youngstown, Ohio (Mahoning County) a daughter of William and Beulah Gusbeth of Canfield, Ohio.
She was a 1963 graduate of Canfield High School. Linda loved spending time with her family and friends. They brought much joy to her life.
She was a member of Harvest Christian Fellowship in Riverside for the past 27 years

After graduating from high school, Linda attended Lewis, Weinberger & Hill Beauty Academy and was an area beautician for several years.
After moving to California in 1968, she served as a police dispatcher for the Fontana Police Department for 14 years before medically retiring.

Linda is survived by her husband, Kenneth E. Kiecolt, whom she married Feb. 17, 1991. He was a faithful and loving caregiver to her for many years.

Linda will be deeply missed by her sister, Wilma (Jim) Weingart of Boardman, Ohio; daughter Cindy (Charles) Sample of Redlands, California; her granddaughter, A1C Amanda Nixon of Scott Air Force Base, Ill.; her son, Tom (Sandy) Peek of Indio, Calif.; her granddaughter, Skylar Peek of Indio, Calif.; her grandson, Colton Peek of Indio, Calif.; her new son, Kenny (Amie) Kiecolt of Hesperia, Calif.; her grandson, Matthew Kiecolt of Northern Arizona State University, Flagstaff, Ariz.; her grandson, Joshua Kiecolt of Hesperia, Calif.; her new daughter, April (Mark) Mante of Highland, Calif.; her new daughter, Tani Kiecolt of Hesperia, Calif.; and numerous other extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Services were held at Refuge Bible Fellowship at 1600 Chicago Ave., Ste. R-7, Riverside, Calif. on April 30, 2014, at 6 p.m.
Linda’s final resting place will be the family cemetery in Jackson Township Cemetery in North Jackson, Ohio.

North Jackson is an unincorporated community in central Jackson Township, Mahoning County, Ohio, United States. Although it is unincorporated. It lies along State Route 45 between Salem and Warren, OH.
