YOUNGSTOWN - Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 1, at 10 a.m. at the Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home for Nicholas Mikolandric, 67, who passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2014.

He was born Feb. 20, 1947, in Youngstown, Ohio (Mahoning County) a son of John Mikolandric and Catherine Kovacic.
Nicholas was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran.
He worked for the city of Youngstown Road Crew
. He belonged to Sts. Peter and Paul Church, the VFW post No. 3307, Mahoning Valley Skeet Club, and was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Surviving are three brothers, John (Carol) Mikolandric of South Carolina, Bill (Sandra) Mikolandric of Campbell, Ohio and James Mikolandric of Canton, Ohio.

He also leaves a sister, Kathy Mikolandric of Hubbard, OH.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
