William was born in Carroll County VA July 1880 to Lewis and Laurette Richardson. Sarah was born in Pulaski County VA in 1882 to Jonathan and Sarah Jane Mabry Jennings. They lived in Missouri for a time, born in MO were Guy 1903, Lloyd 1905, Orlen 1907, and Ethelene 1909. They moved to Texas, lived in San Patricia County, born in TX were Joe 1915, Joyce 1917, and Richard 1920. The 1930 Federal Census shows William as a widower, so Sarah died between 1920 and 1930. Sarah had a sister, Addie, (married to a Shelton), who also lived in San Patricio County for a time.
