Elizabeth Ann Matlock Throckmorton, 64, of Winston-Salem, NC, passed away Monday, July 16, 2012, at Forsyth Medical Center after a short illness. She was born June 4, 1948, in Forsyth County to the late Donald Odell Matlock, Sr. and Betty Jean Staley Matlock. Surviving to cherish her memory are a brother, Donald Matlock, Jr. (Joyce) of Winston-Salem; a sister, Tammie Utt (Timothy) of Kernersville, NC; two nieces, Jody Kaye Sutton (Scott) of Matthews, NC, and Ellen Wessling (Ken) of Seattle, Washington; two nephews, Timothy Allen Utt, Jr. (Tina) of Lewisville, NC, and William Christopher Utt (Tosha) of Sulphur Springs, Texas; great nieces and nephews, Toby, Brianna, Ryan, Abbey, Aidyn and Rylan. A graveside service will be conducted July 20, 2012, at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel is assisting the Throckmorton family. [edited]
