Charlotte E. Willis died at the home of her sister, Mrs. John DeVeau, Fourth avenue, on Sunday morning, aged 28 years. She had been an invalid since childhood. The family have been living in New York State but came here recenetly to spend the winter, where they formerly lived. Miss Willis is survived by her parents, her sister, Mrs. DeVeau and a brother James, in the West. The funeral was held at the house last evening conducted by the Rev. Sydney Cross of St. Paul's church. Interment at Woodlawn, New York, today at the convience of the family.
