Josiah T. Tubby, father of Josiah T. Tubby, jr., of this town, died at his country residence, Greenwich, Conn., on Thursday, aged 71 years. Mr. Tubby was engaged in the leather trade in New York for years, and was formerly secretary of the United States Leather Company.
