William Clarence Allen died at his home, 81 Harrison avenue, on Friday morning, of pnuemonia, aged 30 years. He leaves a wife and infant child, who are in the Elizabeth General Hospital.

The funeral was held at 2:30 on Sunday afternoon at the house. Service conducted by the Rev. Sydney Cross. Mr. Allen was employed in the Merchants National Bank of New York. He had been a resident of Westfield but a short time.

Undertaker Brown took the body of the late William C. Allen to Brooklyn today for interment.
