June A. Francis

Graveside services for June A. Francis, 72, of Rusk, were held at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 25, 2006, at Holcomb Cemetery, with the Rev. Lee Welch officiating, under the direction of Wallace-Thomspon Funeral Home of Rusk.

Mrs. Francis died June 23, 2006, in a Rusk TX nursing home. She was born June 22, 1934, in Kilgore, TX to Hulon and Effie Thomas Bonner. She was a resident of Rusk for four years and formerly lived in Irving. TX She was a home health aide for 20 years.

Mrs. Francis is preceded in death by a daughter, Cindy Filip.

She is survived by a son, Timothy Francis of Irving; two daughters and sons-in-law, Elizabeth and Matt Miller of Rusk, and Patti and Michael Shaw of Palmdale, Calif.; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
